Cancellation & Refund Policies
Standard Bookings
We understand that schedules shift. Our standard policy is designed to be as accommodating as possible for your daily care needs.
- Standard bookings can be cancelled with no charge up to 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the stay start time may incur a fee.
Holiday Bookings
For peak holiday periods, we require a commitment to ensure our small-capacity boutique suites can be offered to those cat lovers in need.
- Holiday bookings require a $70 deposit, reduced from your final total.
- Refunds available if cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the holiday week.
- Deposits are non-refundable within 72 hours of the stay start.
Liability Waiver
We strive to provide a safe sanctuary, but clear information is key to your peace of mind. By boarding your cat with Meowkins, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
- Inherent Risks: You understand that any boarding environment carries certain inherent risks for feline health.
- Emergency care: You authorize Meowkins to seek veterinary care if an emergency or health concern arises.
- Responsibility: Meowkins is not liable for events or conditions that fall outside our reasonable and direct control.
